We’ve moved! We have taken the position of lead pastor at Christ’s Community Church of the Nazarene in New Albany, Indiana. We will be phasing out of mission work over the next three months. We will continue to work with the Horn of Africa as a partner for the forseeable future.

Diane and I firmly believe that the mission field is all over the world now, including the United States. So this is a new step and a continuation of our call to missions. We continue to seek your prayer and support.

I just returned from a great tour of the Sacramento District! What a neat place and good people. I had a great time sharing the message of what is happening in the Horn of Africa as well as what God wants to do in America!

The first week I spent with the Coast Community church in Santa Barbara where I had a great time getting to know James Kinzler and his family. James is the lead pastor there. I had the privilege of staying with Crosby and Ruth Panoyan in their wonderful home there! I also met with the team that will be bringing Jesus Film equipment to Ethiopia in December. Yeah team! It was truly a wonderful week.

I then drove up highway 1 along the coast all the way to San Jose. Wow! Spectacular views! Sadly, my phone had to be reset and I lost all the great pictures I had taken. The picture above is the only surviving picture. I had emailed it to Diane and she sent it back to me so I could put in on the blog for you.

Thanks to all the pastors and friends that I have made in California.
